Personal Cup Return
A first-of-its-kind test for Starbucks, the "Borrow A Cup" program aimed to eliminate single use cups from one of the most iconic brands in the world. As a consistent point of return, storage, and user education/attraction, our proof of concept enabled a bold new strategy in the midst of a pandemic.
